Join Driven Fitness Founder and DSAGT mom, Jodi Walters as she leads us through a 5 week fitness bootcamp to raise awareness and donations for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo. Workouts will take place every Saturday in May at 9am and last 55 minutes. All you'll need for the workouts is a mat, a pillow, and hand weights between 1 and 15lbs (your preference). If you don't have hand weights, you can use bottles of water or canned goods.
The cost for all 5 classes is $50 and 100% of the proceeds goes to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo.
If you attend all 5 classes live, you'll have a chance to win the choice of either 2 free Group Fitness Classes at Driven Fitness Studio or a 20 minute Fascial** Stretch Therapy Session for participants living in Northwest Ohio or a DSAGT t-shirt and swag from Driven Fitness for participants outside of Northwest Ohio.
