Between appointments\, school\, therapies\, activities\, work\, and everything that comes with raising a family\, it’s easy to put yourself—and time with other moms—at the bottom of the list. \nThat’s why we’re inviting DSAGT moms to Fill Your Cup with DSAGT! \nJoin us on Friday\, November 7 at 9:00 AM at Georgette’s Grounds & Gifts for a relaxed morning of coffee\, conversation\, and connection with other moms in the Down syndrome community. \nThere’s something special about getting together with people who simply get it. Time spent with other moms can provide encouragement\, perspective\, friendship\, and a reminder that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Taking a little time for yourself isn’t selfish—it helps refill your cup so you can continue pouring into the people you love. \nAfter our moms outing\, we’ll head back to the DSAGT office for a playgroup at 10:00 AM for the kids. \nMoms: come as you are\, grab a coffee\, take a breath\, and spend some time filling your cup.
