At ​DSAGT we know how hard it is when your kids are sick, especially when they end up in the hospital. We want to make your hospital stay a little easier by providing you with one of our Hospital Care Packages.

DSAGT will provide individuals with Down syndrome, of any age, a care package during their hospital stay. The hospital stay must be within our service area and can be for illness or procedure.
